    Es knirscht und knackt, schmerzt aber nicht….ich glaube die Übungen tun mir gut…auf jeden Fall macht es Spaß

    Can you do a weak link mobility drill? Like neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle drill???
